Very unexpected. The entrance is so luxurious, valet is very professional and accommodating. There was an issue with my room and it was immediately handled! My stay was wonderful.

Our room was located on the riverwalk with a balcony. The location was perfect walking distance to pretty much everywhere downtown. Our room overlooked The Tower of America's and The Tower Life Building (two beautiful landmarks). We enjoyed the balcony for the value I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. The service was impeccable! Also, being at the south end of town it was extremely quiet.

The Riverwalk Plaza is a great place to stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The garage attendants were all awesome. There’s a bar there that is open late which is very nice. Denise, the bartender we had almost every night is great. She is very personable, great sense of humor and plays great music. She is also very willing to go out of her to make sure you are getting the drink you want. I hope if/when we return we can meet her again. Thank you all for a geat experience.

Denise was our bartender and very helpful suggesting restaurants and made the best Carajillo that my wife absolutely loved.

Denise is a literal bartending saint. Come see her and get a Carajillo. Don’t ask me what it is- just get it and thank me later.

Room size was good, and beds where comfortable. Location was toward the end of the riverwalk. On the listing our room was suppose to have a river view, but it was mostly view of parking lot with very little river view.. Price was good.

The Riverwalk Plaza is a beautiful hotel, in a great location with amazing staff! We got a room with a balcony overlooking the Riverwalk and the view was stunning! Definitely staying here again when I come back to visit San Antonio!
