Made the reservation under one name, and went back in to Expedia to change name. Got everything changed and at time of check in receptionist would not let us check in due to her saying that other name was still on reservation. We showed her multiple times that reservation had been changed and she still said no to letting us check in. Asked to speak to a manager and she said he wasn’t available. Asked when he’d be in and she said I don’t know. Made us make a new reservation and pay AGAIN. and assured us manager would fix issues and refund for one room. Since only one room was used and really double booked for nothing. Have been calling all day the next day and have been given the run around about the manager. “Oh he’s not in” “oh he’s at the hotel next door” “oh he JUST left and won’t be back” or plain out “what is the problem” from regular employees. Such un professionalism from receptionist and honestly just lack of care. Do better management and get people who are willing to do their job and help people out instead of making us waste $200 for nothing.

The toilets had issues. Our room wasn't cleaned Saturday morning. The elevator was constantly wet. The toilet on the first floor was broken with no sign.

The manager here is the same manager as the place (Sleep Inn) across the parking lot. He was very rude!! The rooms at Quality were absolutely disgusting, dirty, stunk and the door to one of our 2 rooms didn't even lock. When we brought it to their attention it was as if they already knew the condition of these rooms. So why are they still being rented out?! This place really needs to be demolished and remodeled. The front clerk at Quality did offer us rooms at Sleep Inn across the parking lot and since it was like 1am, we took it. Getting settled into our rooms took nearly 2 hours. Then we were offered a comp but it had to be through the manager who wasn't available at that time so we went back in the morning and he refused and didn't even apologize for what we went through. Upon check out at Sleep Inn he was there and although I was being helped by the young boy at the counter, he stepped in and refused to give me a receipt! He said I wasnt allowed to have it because I reserved my room through Expedia. I have never heard of this or had any issues before, even at other Sleep Inns. He was rude and unprofessional. We will never be back!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However the building is run down, and the room was very dirty. The bathtub was extremely dirty the sheets and pillows had stains. The tables, coffee tables and microwave countertop was dirtty a d sticky like it was never wipped or cleanes. There was rat poop on the beds

"I’ll remember the hair and those eggs…"

Check in and out was excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient. In the room, shower was not very clean. Hair everywhere. Bottom of the bathtub pretty much grey. The breakfast is terrible, flavor wise, staff that runs it is not friendly.

There were burn holes in the sheets. A loud party down the hall. We didn’t stay for breakfast because we were so disappointed. I want my money back. What a waste!!!!
