Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown

Great staff! Property very dated and very small rooms. Good Breakfast

I stayed at Rydges Queenstown on 7th January. The staff who were working at the reception was very arrogant. She didnt really want to help me or answer my question. I never met this kind of receptionist in any hotel over the world.

Pleased with the choice of hotel being the peak season as easily walkable to the centre. They had a problem it seems with the previous guests so the carpet was wet and being disinfected. Not their fault. But not so pleasant for us. The bathroom and hotel are a bit tired. Could do with a freshen up.

Lake view rooms are great, stayed twice in this property and both times were enjoyable

It was perfect for our stay. The room cleaning service and breakfast was excellent.

The view was amazing. Shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions all nearby. The staff were very professional. We didnt expect to get our room made up and fresh towels on Christmas day, it was completed when we went out for a walk.

Great location for our needs. Lovely view across the lake. Getting a freshen up.

The view from our apartment was magnificent.Staff changed our room upon our request as the room allocated was not in the area that we were accustomed to whilst staying at Rydges on other ocassions.That service was great. In our times there we have been a little disappointed in the menu offered.
