Wonderful experience overall . The staff was amazing and accommodating. Hospitality was great also . Free Breakfast and Drinks at happy hour I barely had to buy food. My room had a balcony where I could watch planes landing. If the noise bothers you I recommend getting a room facing away from the Airport.

"Short and Sweet"

The stay was a finale of a girls trip. Everything has been great. Patrick was such a great help overall with our guest experience during our visit. Sharing food recommendations and assisting us with our luggage while we waited for our room. Angelina at evening reception was a gem. So nice and welcoming to my friends and I. Didn’t get to use all of the amenities, but overall a great place. I plan on staying again in the future.

"Stay somewhere else around LAX"

I wouldn’t recommend staying here when there are many by LAX. The shuttle only runs every 30-60 mins when they have 5 shuttles sitting at the hotel. We arrived at 2:30 pm and was told it would be ready at 3pm. That time came and room wasn’t ready. Close to 4 we asked if housekeeping at prioritized our room since we were the only ones waiting for a room. The front desk manager then said they don’t rush rooms and you have to wait until 4. That time came and it wasn't to be ready until 5. If the front desk worked to prioritize guests waiting and work to make situations right for the guests. This hotel lacks good management.

"Love Embassy suites"

Love Embassy suite and their manager special. Met Jo Jo who was a Hilton rep for vacations. She was very friendly and I wasn’t interested right now, but it will be later great personality very friendly.
