距離車站和強羅公園都很近，不過我們是自己開車，有停車場，入住時有專人協助辦理入住並提供茶和點心，房間非常舒適，是西式床舖，房內就可以泡湯，房內還有小客廳可以聊天，有茶水間提供免費飲料、酒、點心，冰箱的飲料也是全都免費取用，我們還是有去大浴場泡湯，浴場外面一樣有酒、咖啡、飲料、點心。晚餐是和牛跟伊勢龍蝦，非常好吃，早餐有日式跟西式可選，也很好吃。

Everything was wonderful. Room, private and public baths were lovely and the meals were delicious! Snacks were also plentiful and good! The Hakone gardens are steps away from the hotel - a definite plus!

Ice cream should be all the time! Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

Very clean, hosts were very accommodating even though our Japanese was not very good. Everyone was very kind and did their best to meet our needs. Food was served kaiseki style, which looked both beautiful and delicious. Hope to go back again!
