"Spa treat!"

I went to have a massage at the spa. The customer service was very good...polite, professional. My massage was done by Trenell. It was a superb treatment. Again she was professional and executed the massage quite well. Felt very relaxed. I also liked that there was no unnecessary chatting, which I have experienced other places.

Lovely gardens to walk around

In my room was a lovely King size bed ,but at 5ft 3ins ,needed a step ladder to get into it .I had to use chair each night to climb up. Also breakfast was ithink very pricey

The Crane is a fabulous resort with Ocean views, gorgeous pools and plenty of amenities. The property is lush with flowers and trees and quite a relaxing environment. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Donna and Corey in reception/transportation were fabulous and made us feel like family. We will definitely go back.
