Extended Stay America Suites Cincinnati Springdale I275

I couldn’t tell you how clean my room was, how nice the view was, or if I had a patio/balcony because my room had already been given to someone else by the time I arrived to check-in. I drove over 4 hours to get to this place just to be told that there are no more rooms available even though I reserved my room at least a week prior. I don’t understand the point of a reservation if you’re just going sell my room to someone else anyway. Mind you, I arrived well within the allotted check-in times. It wouldn’t have been so bad if you didn’t take my money, but you did and now I have to play phone/email tag to attempt to get my money back. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any hotel. I will never use this service again.

I got there to check in at 330 and was refused due to no room available he had just given the last one I said i have a confirmation( we dont need to honor it) So took me an hour to find a room what was so frustrating my Husband has Huntingtons Disease and he was exhausted from the 8 hour drive

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! I discovered 2 BEDBUGS an I’m sure there’s more!!! The place is RUNDOWN a seems to have no help in service as the first room I was given when I opened the door it was FILTHY!!!

Hard to get to anything walking. TV remote was broken. Shower leaked. Room smelled like urine when we walked in. Lampshade broken.

Paid for a king size bed and they guy my driver a queen. And first they said that he need to to wait till next day because it was already midnight. When I had already paid for it. I booked it for my driver. Hopefully I get some money back since they didn’t give me what I booked.

I'm pretty sure they're human trafficking out of this hotel. When I checked in there was a little kid behind the desk, and three men were wandering around. There was a guy with a knife who was wandering around behind the desk. They watched me walk back to my room. People were sitting in cars watching me walk into my room. It was creepy. I ended up leaving my room and going to a different hotel. I didn't want to ask for a refund because I felt unsafe. I travel the world and this just felt off and odd. It didn't feel safe.

We never were able to check into our hotel. You overbooked our reservation. It was an awful experience we couldn't find a hotel anywhere. The person at the front desk was visibly annoyed. I have never had this experience before and was very disappointed.

My original room was overbooked so I was forced to stay at Super 8 motel. The room had bugs and I could not sleep for fear of something crawling on me. It was not an enjoyable experience.
