Room was lovely clean and nicely done

We had to leave early because of noise. Other guest upstairs TV loud at 5.30 am banging around.no sound proof. Lorry turned up at 4am to collect rubbish from the hotel banging around.no sleep

The bed was comfortable. Great location however.

The fridge and boiler in the cupboard within the room kept us awake all night. Seeming to take turns turning off and on. The bathroom was tiny therefore the shower soaked everything in the bathroom. Too small to be a wet room.

It is conveniently placed and quiet and we have stayed here many times

It was a little chilly this time and I couldn’t get the radiators to turn on but this was a minor thing

Staff were good bed was comfy location good

Wife would not take a shower due to lots of mold and mildew in lots of grout places in shower actually not very hygienic and bathroom window was not frosted and could be looked into by other people from corridor

Great location in centre of Beccles, parking to unload but then need to move car elsewhere. Friendly staff. Big room with plenty of space/storage/hangers. Large bathroom. Everything very clean.

These are minor comments. It would be great to have breakfast instead of having to look for it, especially on a Sunday. Also, the bath is fabulous but the tap dripped and we couldn't stop it. And the hot water was volcanic! As I said, these are minor issues, but the dripping tap will cost you money.
