Location was great, nice bed, efficient check in/out process

Really low shower pressure. Previous guest removed the Chromecast from the TV, but it was replaced after a text to the non-emergency manager and less than 24 hours later.

Location is key. Wanted to stay in the quarter.

Seems to be a hotel when you look at the listing, but really is an airbnb. Got charged a cleaning fee and then was told if i didnt take out the trash, i would be charged more. What kind of hotel makes customers take out their own trash and charges a cleaning fee?

Location is unbeatable, but stains on sheets and no extra trash bags. FYI Front door is incredibly loud and individual room door a little flimsy - noise maker was in room when we arrived which helped. Being said, would consider staying again but in a room on a higher floor!

Me gustรณ mucho ya que te encuentras en el punto medio de todo, al lado una farmacia muy antigua, a 2 cuadras la farrearรญa y su plaza principal, 1 cuadra la calle Royal y 2 la bourbon

When it rained, water was dripping onto the bed. The shower was so gross, that we bought shower shoes to use in the shower. There was no coffee. The door didn't fit the frame so light would shine into the room at all times. The paint had flaked off of the wall and stuck to the floor and then the walls were painted back over. There were cracks in the walls and ceilings. No openable windows. AC did not work. There was no staff on site. We had to take our own trash out. The location was excellent but I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. I've stayed in several comparable properties, and this one is the best Staying in a place like this has a different charm and over all experience than a traditional hotel. Keep that in mind when booking All linens were clean and space was clean. Gave cleanliness a (4) because the room could use a painting. Bed was comfortable. Stayed in the deluxe studio. Easy self check in and out Spaces outside the room were comfortable and inviting Perfect location if you're looking to stay in the quarter
