El Cid El Moro Beach Hotel

Location was great!

Lots of dining options with great food! Close to a lot of great things you will want on vacation.

Did not honor our all inclusive , entire property was old and broken , limited selection witj goor. Eberyuokb was closed at 9 pm evert night

The property had different tiers that offered different amenities, however these weren’t given as an option when booking nor were we aware they had different tiers other than all inclusive or not. Also all inclusive was very limited on what they offered as far as food choices and types of alcoholic beverages.

Rooms a little outdated but clean

The water wouldn’t drain from the tub the big windows in front of shower were a little creepy The blow dryer was not safe it kept heating up and would shut off

I stayed at El Cid for five days, and have nothing but great things about the hotel, amenities, and mostly, the staff. Upon arrival, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Alejandra at check-in really set the tone for what I knew was going to be a great stay. The staff at every angle were beyond generous, attentive, and friendly. My favorites were Alvaro and Rodrigo and a bartender whose name I didn’t catch in the dining area. The rooms were clean and spacious, and housekeeping did a great job at cleaning every morning at the time of my choosing. I loved the easy beach access and the secenic view of the beach from my patio. The only thing that I could say could be improved was the shower in one of the bathrooms. It didn’t warm up to temperature consistently, and the drain seemed to be a little plugged. Other than that, our trip was perfection. Thank you to everyone at El Cid for help making our trip so memorable - I can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay at El Cid El Moro. We went as a family with young children and everyone enjoyed themselves. The beach access is a plus and the restaurant La Concha was a delight to dine at. All the waiters were friendly and professional and always welcoming. We will be back soon!

Many of the staff was friendly, some were not, towel area, restaurant bar area. Waiters and waitresses were good. We got a massage at the concierge desk, she made us pay a $24 deposit in cash, could not put on room. The deposit was not reflected on our massage bill and given we gave cash, no one would do anything about it. Not sure if that’s standard

Good location Old and dated. Lots of hidden fees. Not enough lounge chairs in the sunny party of the hotel. Bar staff pushy on over priced bad drinks.
