accidentally left my phone charger at the hotel. The staff said they would check and call me back, but I never received a response. I was disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

"Wish room was cleaner"

Staff was friendly and caring.

Room was not clean. Hair in bathroom. A/c very loud. Carpets need a good shampoo. Hot tub is tiny.

Location is walking distance to downtown. Airport shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was sufficient & included in price.

Very confusing floor plan, attached to a conference center. Old building, bad oder in halfway. A/c unit is extremely loud. Room 266 had smoke smell. We had to switch rooms. Not worth the price. Limited lighting in room.

Clean & spacious room

I needed additional towels and washcloths and the two times that I went to front desk, they were out of them. However, they did bring to room when available.

"Very large clean room"

The room was large and very clean

The staff was the least friendly on this trip No follow up to calls or messages sent The security guard was extremely helpful and friendly and one of the maintenance staff was very nice but front desk and management didn’t get hired for their hospitality or their care 🤣
