The Mission Inn Hotel and Spa

Room was nice( was old but worked), bed very good and bedding sheets were so comfortable. Dinner was good. The hotel was decked out so beautifully. Christmas season of joyful happiness. Grounds were delightful and great photo oops.

The room was nice and comfortable. Room smell good and clean. The bathroom is dated the tile work around tub needs attention. Its old but clean, One more thing the hall ways smelled....a little spooky...remembered me of the shinning,, Over all a good stay.

I like the Spanish style building

Bathroom needs upgrade. Sink or tub leaks.

This historic hotel was beautifully decorated and had many unique features from spiral staircases to period furnishings. I appreciated to security presence and the many amenities especially the food venues.

I can not say anything that I disliked.

Dinner

on my stay at Mission Inn hotel and spa, let them know I was very disappointed, I arranged to celebrate my 36 year wedding anniversary and requested a basic accommodation since it was on a Tuesday knowing the hotel was not full. My simple request was a room facing the courtyard. What I got is a corner room facing a tree . Very Very disappointed 

Our stay was excellent. The room was ready early, clean and in a nice location. Every staff member was professional and friendly. We dined at Las Campanas and had breakfast on the patio. Both meals were delicious with generous portions and the service was great. The property has maintained the history of the area very well which makes it feel more special that the average hotel stay.

A bit of street noise at night, but that is not something that would keep me from coming back.

At check-in no ice or water or mini fridge in room. Room door would not open and had to go from front desk to spa back to front desk to get someone to open our room which took about 15 min. Asked for ice was told to go to third floor and get our own. This was our 60th wedding anniversary and we didn't want to climb the stairs and take a hike to get ice, NO WASH CLOTHS,,,,,TV was so far from bed (About 30 feet from head of bed) we could not see it as it was old and small. Nothing to watch on TV without paying except normal channels with commercials. Wi Fi so slow you couldn't use it, After 60 years we were planning on spending a good deal of time in bed what a joke, Wonderful view...HA HA,,.From bed you could see a small red Marriott hotel sign thru a small window. We booked Glenwood King and were in #405 Presidental suite. At night the noise from the neighborhood was cars racing and doing donuts to partying and loud noises. We were lucky enough to have music on our phone that we could turn up to cover up the other noises. Do not rent a room here unless you can see it in person first because it is not photoed the way it is. And parking car price was also overpriced and menus were unavailable too see what was available to eat even room service unlkess you went to each and read them...No inroom water, ice, wash cloths, menus or note pads, All was to be done on your phone which was very hard to do on that small screen,,,Linda Williams
