Redcliffe Hotel

Location. Very clean. Cleaning staff in rooms very friendly.

Sometimes the room did smell. Didn't know if it was the drainage, pipes. Some morning at breakfast, we did feel as though we were invisible to staff. We sat down at table waiting to be served and waited a good 15 minutes.

Disappointed Booked 3 rooms for October paid in full only to be told after that hotel will be closed when we were visiting Booked through booking.com - was told to call the hotel - who told me that I then had to contact booking.com to ask for money back such a faff Would have been nice if they were more apologetic and perhaps offered a discount for a stay another time but was told it wasn’t their decision on the phone - which was not that great either

Great hotel, food and location

Great staff, always really friendly and helpful. Nothing ever to much trouble. The views and location of the hotel are amazing. Right on the beach!

The outdoor pool has been closed every time we have stayed here which is regularly throughout the year. Such a shame when in scortching weather! We wish they would do more with the ballroom when there are no events on. Nice lighing and some background music to be able to make the most of the views.

Our third stay at The Redcliffe Hotel, such lovely a hotel and all the staff were amazing... Jamie who served us food and drinks in the bar was particularly nice and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We made good use of the indoor poor, there were a few issues with the outdoor pool so we couldn't use that this time unfortunately but with direct access to the beach from inside the hotel, that made up for it! Will definitely return!

Pillows were hard and thin , room was too warm . We both ordered meats and cheeses for breakfast .However,we were given slimy ham (possibly came from a packet) and two chunks of mild cheddar . Didn't look appetising. Waiting staff should all wear the same attire
