Residence Inn by Marriott Branson

The entire staff was extremely pleasant during the entire stay. If I needed anything, they took care of it promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was good for getting around to the shows and shopping

Our unit was in the basement! The carpet was extremely worn out. The shower doors were not put on properly and the water leaked everywhere There was soap for the dishwasher but no racks to use it. The ice maker did not work and there was none in the hotel!! Our door to the unit was very hard to open from inside! We woke up to no hot water on Saturday morning. I will be sending pictures to there Corporate office. The trash cans in the out side were over flowing . Never emptied while we were there! It was horrible!!

The property was in a nice and peaceful location. The staff was friendly and polite and overall amazing. The breakfast was also amazing compared to typical hotel breakfasts. I loved the waffels and I looked foward to eating them on my second day stay. The room was super roomy with a kitchen, a work desk, and a couch. I don't have anything bad to say. The hotel was.very reasonably priced. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

It was quiet and relaxing and the staff were friendly and helpful. For sure will stay here again.

The rooms are old and dated. Facility is dirty and warm out. Breakfast was extremely disappointing.

When we checked in, the gentleman that was working was super nice, very helpful and very polite. Very friendly. We did meet another gentleman at checkout as well as throughout the week, his name is john, this guy john, deserves a major raise, he is super nice very friendly very talkative very informative, and if you need anything in town or any type of review of anything, ask him. He is honest and very polite. Super super nice guy. I would dare say we made a friend with him. The rooms? They are pretty much okay, we were in 109. They are safe it's a very safe neighborhood, the breakfast is good, it's your typical residence inn. The toilet paper? That Still could be , softer than 30grit sandpaper. The gunk underneath the drain guard in the shower was gross my wife cleaned that out so I'm going to say housekeeping needs a refresher course or educated in their duties. (Look on and around the hallway banisters) You could see where they've done shortcuts. The guests see that as well. I would definitely stay here again. But I honestly, am very very impressed with john. BONUS! John looks like Major Dad!

Stayed here many times, best place to stay off the strip. This last trip I had a small complaint about the room , guy at the front (Greg) took care of it immediately. Guy needs a raise, it’s hard to find good people who care about their job. Some of the rooms need a little updating.

We will truly stay there next time. Excellent for sure. Great staff at desk and sweet breakfast worker. Thank you.
