Cascades Mountain Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

It was horrible no internet no phones hot tubs were not working. No laundry No ice Coffee maker didn’t work and no breakfast. You can tell at one time this was a wonderful hotel but it was horrible service attitudes lack of items and no willingness to lower rate even though none of this was disclosed.

The first room they sent me to was already occupied. Then after getting a second room, they gave other guests key cards to my room. 2 people walked in on me getting out of the shower. In the morning i found multiple cockroaches crawling around my room. The waterslide was cool tho, hot tub was not working.

Enjoyed the stay. Property is just older & could use some updating. We stayed here for the pool & slide. The kids loved it.

When people were at the desk they were helpful and friendly. They just were away from the desk a lot. I swam in the pool at night and it was very poorly lighted.

This hotel has really gone down bad!! I hate it because my kids love the pool and we stay here every year but we want next year if it doesn’t do some major improvements so sad

This was the second worst hotel that we have ever stayed at. We had to use a real key for the room and we were told it would cost $1,000 if we lost it. We get in the room amd the carpet is coming up, the bed and couch sheets were filthy so we had to have them changed and the shower had almost 0 pressure and had no hot water. The pool was a cool idea with the water slide but it was so murcy that you couldn't see to the bottom. I would highly advise against staying here.

Had to run the hot water for about 5 minutes to get hot water Requested a wake up call. Didn't get it Hot tub out of service Restaurant and bar closed and out of service

Great stay. Wished the gym, bar, and hot tub was in working order. Very friendly staff.
