Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Bend

For the rate most of the amenities were not useable. The outdoor pool is closed although it says open until September. The hot tubs were colder than the indoor pool water and the sauna was out of order. Also the ice machines didn’t work

This property was poorly equipped for high occupancy. Not enough pillows, only 2 moderate sized towels for a 2 queen room, noticeable stains and missing picture holes on the walls. Sprinkler head near restaurant broken and pouring buckets of water at night, and no breakfast options on property. Staff was all friendly and accommodating as much as their supplies allowed. This property was grossly overpriced at almost $250 a night.

Needs a good remodel

The shower had hair in it, no shower curtain. No cups for water or water available in room.

The only thing that saved you not to be reported was the services of Luke, the receptionist . This place need New Owner, or to closed. Room not clean, dog food on the floor, the carpet was not vacuumed, were no towels, spiders wed all over. I was traveling with my ill 90years old husband. too late & tired to go some place else.

Nice property on the river

This was a terrible stay. We paid extra for the kitchenette in the room and they were unable to provide any dishes for us to use the whole time. The room was not clean either. I do not recommend staying here.

It was okay. Clearly old, which we don’t mind. But they didn’t provide the appropriate towels for us to use. The hot water took an extremely long time to heat up to the point we didn’t think we had any at all for a while. Otherwise, it was clean and beds were comfortable.

Not a good option to stay

We have stayed here before, but the property is really showing its age and had a lot of items not working. It felt like they were significantly understaffed in the housekeeping department. Our room was missing the in room coffee maker. We reported this on day one and front desk person was very nice, but didn't seem surprised. While asking for coffee maker, another patron who had just checked in reported their room had actually not been cleaned. Our room had cobwebs in most ceiling corners. We paid $20 per night more for a river view, but patio was so dirty and covered in spider webs that I didn't want to sit outside. Additionally, you couldn't see the river because foliage was too dense. Housekeeping did not visit the room in our 3 night stay. The pool area was a little cleaner, but had showers out of order and had no towels even though it was 4 hours prior to closing. This used to be a nice place. Now it feels is disrepair.
