people loitering around building breakfast not ready early enough room stink linen didn’t smell fresh carpet dirty

No TV or coffee pot or wash cloths or soap. Someone knocked at my door at 11:54 pm and demanded to know who I was and said that they were with the front desk. I told him I was not comfortable yelling my name through a door or opening it in my night attire for someone I don't know. He wouldn't leave and argued with me and was yelling! I paid money for a room and got nothing but inconvenience. I paid for a king suit and got two queen beds and my key didn't work. They had to give me another room and I got a room that had nothing. It's incredibly bad business to interrupt occupants when they are settled in for the night.

Breakfast was mediocre to non existent one day of a 3 day stay. Like barely Luke warm shower then this the place! House keeper thinks she runs the place. Save yourself the hassle and find somewhere else to stay!!

Place was convenient to locations, pretty clean and quiet for a Saturday night. Overall happy with the stay!

Pubs on the toliet seat , trash everywhere

People live at this hotel, keys that we were given didnt work 2 , room they gave me looked like it hadnt been made from previous guest or 1hr stay if u know what i mean. Staff unaware of what they have available and rough crowd hanging out in back corner of lot at picnic tables. Sketchy spot for sure. I didnt stay there and they told me i wouldnt be charged but i was.

The computer system was down at the hotel, and they were not able to even check us in. We were then informed that we had to contact hotels.com for a refund since it was third party, but were then told that the hotel did not respond to their repeated requests for approval of a refund, so as of now, we paid for a stay where we weren’t able to use it.
