Kalamazoo Hotel

When we got there late at night after driving all day, we found out they over booked the hotel. Wait, they have my phone number to call! Was there a call…no. No offer of anything to assist. In a way out worked out, there were people pole hanging out in the parking lot and no lights in the lot. But it would have been nice to be notified.

Hotel was closed and no one could check in reservation or not.

The TV didn't work 😕.

Staff were the nicest ppl .they made sure we had everything we wanted everyday. I will stay there again

This is by far the worst hotel that i've ever been inside. Even the one star motels are better. My room smelled like mold and mildew. It was beneath human dignity.

First of all, the desk staff and manager were great. They did what they could to address my issues. Also the beds were comfortable. My issue was with the facilities. The owner should be ashamed of himself. The poor staff had to deal with a situation the couldn't fix because whoever owns that dump hasn't maintained it. Bad plumbing, elevator, decor, even the bathroom fan was shot. If that staff was at a different hotel, it would be great. But that facility should either be renovated or demolished.

Stay was just ok. Bed was comfortable. We were told the hotel had or was going through a renovation and the rooms had been done. The TV did not work, the outlets were either not working or completely missing and the hair dryer not only not work but was melted and looked burnt from the outlet which all were, I’m sure, a safety hazard.

Nothing

The hotel was over booked.

Good location

Trashy grills was left out that wasn’t usable.
