"Good"

Room was infested with roaches. Advised front desk. Was told they would take care of it within 24 hours. Advised front desk that was not acceptable. They told me most people who stay there for short stays are not happy staying there. They refused to give me a different room

"Not a Good "Choice" Hotel"

I can't recommend this place at all. It looks fine from the outside and it is inexpensive, but it has clearly fallen on hard times. It is supposed to be an extended stay suite with a kitchenette, but it was not adequate. Our bed didn't have a blanket on it, just a couple of flat sheets, and for dishes, the kitchen was outfitted with 1 bowl, 1 plate, 2 serving spoons and a knife. When we went to the desk and asked for a blanket and dishes, the manager told us everything had been stolen and they weren't replacing things anymore. Back in the room I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Shortly after, there was a knock on the door. A man and woman came in and said they were spraying for bugs. When they pulled out the fridge, a white powder came along with it. They sprayed and pushed the fridge back in, leaving the floor wet with roach poison and the powder all over the floor. We were there three nights, in all that time no one showed up to clean or change out towels.

Great stay! This property is very well kept and the rooms are super spacious, feels like staying at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful! We will definitely be staying again when in the area!

Location and photos online that were nothing like when we arrived

Roaches crawling on the walls in bathroom and by kitchen and the bed. TV didn’t work , the shower head was broken, and there was only a sheet on the bed - couldn’t get a blanket until the next day

"Condemn the building"
