We did not receive breakfast.

We asked for a 1st floor room (for our dog to feel safe-she's fearful of noises). In doing so, the staff accommodated us with an end room that had no dishes, soap, utensils or toilet paper. I walked to the office for t.p. etc. and found the office full of Police Officers and I couldn't get in - had to motion to the front desk for t.p! Filthy bathroom.

The bed was too hard to sleep on, the chair wasn't any better, the carpet was dirty, the a/c barely blew, the first room they put me in reeked of cigarettes and it's supposed to be smoke free rooms, so they moved me to a different room and it was very uncomfortable and the carpet was dirty. There's no lobby with coffee or anything. I'll never stay there again, I stayed in a different extended stay hotel and it was great but this one is awful
