They are very friendly. The property is peaceful.
The bathroom was extremely small. Long legged people would be uncomfortable. I am 5'6 and it was tricky to use the toilet.
WiFi was intermittent. Lack of hot water. Excellent bed!!
I chose the place because it looked like it was rustic, and it was. Carpet was filthy. I went to the office at 8:30AM to exchange towels and no one was there. TV could be updated. Very poor WIFI reception.
Dated. Old mattress and dirty carpet. Could be a cute property with updating of carpet, linens and mattress.
It states microwaves and fridges, but when we checked in and i asked i was told i needed to specify that as there is only two rooms with them. That was disappointing. The bathroom towels could be updated they are thin.
Let me just say that we are not very picky on our hotel rooms. We don't need fancy and just ask for clean. The bed was clean as well as the bedding. It did have a mini fridge so that was nice but no microwave as listed. The shower needs some major updates. The mildew was pretty thick at the bottom and needs a deep clean with new caulk. The floors need a deep clean as well. They appeared to be vacuumed but the edges are filthy. We tried to find the beach but there were no directions in our room and no one was in office for us to speak to on Saturday morning. We loved the log walls but it really needs to have a deep deep clean. We were only there to sleep for 2 nights so we were ok but probably won't stay again.
Older property but still nice & great for a couples getaway.
The room was small and dated but not surprisingly so for the cost and we were happy to find a more reasonably priced place to stay. So no complaints there. The bathroom was really small and there was no counter surface to accommodate toiletries, so that was a bit inconvenient. The room had an air conditioner, a heater, a frig and a microwave but not enough outlets to plug everything thing in. Also the microwave cord was not long enough to reach the outlet and so had to be picked up and moved to the floor by the outlet to use. Not a huge inconvenience but both problems could be solved by the addition of a power strip and an extension cord.
Flooring was dirty. Carpet and bathroom vinyl was sticky to walk on. Confirmation said room included frig and micro our room had neither. Said breakfast was included for three, it was not. It was quiet, inexpensive and convenient to my event.
