Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

Unclean, unkept, inedible food, stained walls in rooms, door lock coming out of the room door itself so it wouldn’t close properly, no shampoo or soap in bottles, mildew all over the bathroom. Animal urine filled the air making it hard to breathe properly. Hotel ended up charging me for the stay three times plus a no show fee. Make that make sense. No phone call back to rectify the situation to date. Don’t bother with this place

Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Proximity to stores and the location i booked the hotel for.

Nothing about our stay was comfortable. Ironically, for a hotel called Comfort Inn, there was absolutely nothing comfortable about this experience. It started with being assigned a room that smelled strongly of mildew and smoke. When we requested a different room, the front desk told us there were no other rooms available, which we later learned was not true. We were eventually moved to Room 234, only to discover that several others in our group had already requested to be moved out of that same room. The condition of the room was unacceptable. There was duct tape being used as a repair, mildew on the walls, bugs, grime throughout, a broken shower and faucet, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made the room feel unsanitary. The beds had very old coil mattresses that were uncomfortable, and the pillows offered little support. The surrounding area also felt questionable, with unsavoury individuals frequently around the property. Considering the condition of the hotel, the price was extremely high for what was provided. It missed the mark on cleanliness, comfort, and customer service. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean. However, the room had lotion and conditioner but no shampoo or hand soap. The shower was barely warm. A room and nothing more. Make sure you bring your own soap!
