I was disappointed to find that breakfast was not available during my stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, especially since it was mentioned in the listing

The hotel was pretty good despite the fact that it is under renovation. When the work is complete, this hotel will be very nice. In the meantime, there are a few hiccups but nothing significant. I want to especially call out Joshi who was helpful to me and my family during the stay. He was quite accommodating, and had excellent customer service skills. In fact, all of the employees were quite nice and worked hard to ensure our stay was the best it could be.

Checking in was a problem with the computer and card reader

On-going property construction, area was not kept clean, elevators were not conveniently placed, no breakfast, no gym - under construction, Bistro Restaurant was under construction, as well. Although, my suite was well appointed and clean.

Signage from the street would help visitors locate the property. No bells and whistles. Could not confirm if they were going through renovations. The room was decent. Could use new mattresses.

Went for a concert , outside looks a little rough but tbh w rooms are being renovated it looks like . Our room was nice and comfortable

Very disappointing. Under construction and restaurant was not available for use. Curbside appearance was terrible. The parking lot was full of goose poop and tall grass that needed cutting.

Will definitely be back when the renovations are finished. The hotel is currently under renovation and I knew that when booking. The staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure things were satisfactory.

We were at the hotel for a travel swim meet. I discovered a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Called the front desk and was able to switch rooms. Joshi was very helpful. The swim meet ran late because of a rain delay, Joshi was able to give me a later check out. He was very accommodating!
