The hotel was nice but very tired. It couldve done with some tlc. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

My overall experience was good with exception of the fact that I had along day following returning to Greece and an overnight in Athens airport prior to my connecting flight,the room I was given 429 was directly next to the lift that was going up and down all night so not a good sleep !!! Which is why I booked with yourselves to get a good night sleep.Also the iron had obvs failed its test and had a sticker saying do not use !!! Staff very friendly and welcoming.breakfast exceptional .

Beautiful public areas, good standard room, but for some reason no running cold water in wash hand basin yet fine in the bath?? Good breakfast

Very nice rooms for a great price. Quality of the interior is much nicer than other rooms in the city

Rooms were far too hot with no way to turn the heating off. Shower didn’t work. Gym facilities were poor and parts broken. Good location but needs serious improvement.

When we arrived, the reception had no idea of our booking so we had to wait over 30mins to check in. Once we got to our room, the size was extremely small- which was nothing like the pictures online. Very disappointed with the room, very claustrophobic

Central city centre location is good !!! Why they should have the need to charge for the Carpark when it is theirs and clearly better to quote in the price of the room . Cheap trick to extract more money from the punter. The long queue at the reception with slow computer and incompetent staff made the checking in and out process so stressful !! I have learnt not to give them your Card details at check in as they will charge you before you check out and cause unnecessary stress at check out with refunds that don’t appear in your account etc !!! Better to avoid staying here !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

First room we went to had a very bad sewage smell, we then got moved to another room which was in terrible condition. Ripped curtains, faulty bulb on the wall, marks on the pillow an very dirty in general. We then decided to leave after spending 1hour an booked the raddisun blue hotel which lived upto its name.

Our privilege room was opposite a noisy nightclub. The room needed general updating and maintenance. Ground floor and reception was very grand but it was like stepping into a different world when you entered your room.
