The Grand Hotel Leicester by The Unlimited Collection

Everything was good. Expect room cleaning, chambermaids didn’t clean the room once while we were not in the room. They just left bag towels outside our rooms.

My bed was rock hard and pillows hard too. Unfortunately did not get a good night sleep at all. Glasses in room were dirty.

very dated hotel rooms. Certainly screaming for an upgrade

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Nice breakfast. Hotel rooms very tired and a bit shabby. Shower was ok but very tired looking bathroom.

I stayed 17.12 on a short business trip and all was perfectly fine. Hotel has a nice lobby and bar area, and the room, a classic double, was nicely furnished and a good size. Buffet breakfast the following morning was good. Only small gripe , a little too much noise,

Got to room and it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants.dominoes pizza boxes and towels everywhere.went back down to reception and the lady was very apologetic and issued us with another room straight away.this room was ok but there was a lot of bits on the bathroom floor as though it hadn’t been swept.room was comfortable but the hotel could probably do with updating.stains on carpets and chairs in the lobby!

Hotel lobby and restraunt area really nice although the rooms were quite shabby and really need an overhaul. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good.

Good stay. Comfortable and very good service all round. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Nicer downstairs, not horrible, but could be more comfortable.

The room privilege that I was in was beautiful. Great views and very confortable bed. Really liked the bedroom. The only downside I did have to ask for coffee pods as none of my tray and I had to chase twice to discover that they run out of them but they didn’t comunícate it to me.
