Moon Isle Beach Bungalow

Very nice location directly on the beach. You are alone with some other guests and we loved it. Amanda is very kind and helps us with every question. The breakfast and dinner was very good. We fully recommend the stay.

Excellent location right on the seafront. Very calm and quiet ambiance. Warm personalised care from the owner. Good food.

Room is sheer concrete. Needs upgrading.

Mandy and her partner were fantastic hosts and I had a lovely stay. The location is excellent, right on the beach and away from other hotels. Nice rooms with AC, I woke up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed relaxing by the sea. The food was delicious too. Mandy arranged for airport transport also. Nothing was too much trouble and felt like I was staying with friends/family, had a great time and will certainly be back if I return to Sri Lanka.

You will not regret booking to stay here! The property is lovely and wholesome and in a beautiful location. The menu at the restaurant is the best we saw in Sri Lanka and the food was gorgeous. The wonderful host, Amanda, was amazing - very accommodating and made you feel at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. An surprisingly peaceful and a very beautiful place with oustanding (fresh) food. Mandy and her staff are responsible for making you feel incredibly welcome. We can highly recommend this place as perfect as it is. During our stay I proposed to my girlfriend. Mandy helped and arranged everything for a perfect night we will never forget. We recommend the cabana because this is quite romantic and you wake up with the sound of waves. During the day we did not leave the place because they have everything you need during the day.

Owners are awesome, helpful, any issue they deal with quickly. Good food, go for lical cuidine they will surprize you if you challenge them.

Beach not so clean, likely due to recent storms. Should be cleaned soon by local authorities.

This place is a real treasure! It is literally right on a beautiful strip of Nilaveli beach and feels so relaxing. Mandy and her team are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend it!
