The front desk staff were AMAZING!!! They made me feel like we were at a Caribbean resort. Seme was very nice to all who came to breakfast, he kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked.

What an amazing property! Spacious rooms with full fridge and amenities for cooking. Seme did an outstanding job with breakfast to get my day started. Rebekah and Cheryl assured that my accommodations were comfortable and they recognized my elite membership. Chris and Matthew brought it all home and showed true hospitality by making a genuine connection with me and my family upon leaving. This is my go-to hotel in the Northwest/ Short Pump area. The people truly make this a great hotel. Keep it up!

The items that were available when I went to breakfast was good

Didn't like the fact that there were no plates available when I went down to breakfast and most of the hot food was out so didn't have much to choose from. I was in a hurry so couldnt really take the time to wait on fresh food to come out.

Amazing experience, needed a stay for a month and from booking to checking in to departing almost a month later we had zero issues that weren’t handled immediately. The entire staff was accommodating and huge shout out to Carter and Matthew! Both made our stay fun and entertaining, it was like having neighbors that you chill with watching a game. The respect they show every guest put a smile on anyone walking by. Matthew the AGM set the tone and we felt secure that anything that was committed to would be fulfilled. Even the breakfast area and staff knew you and interacted and made sure you had your regular needs. Would recommend anyone needing a long term stay to check in without hesitation. Breakfast items were plentiful. Pool was smaller than seen in pictures. There happened to be a football team of 8 or more 8year old boys that were always in the pool being loud so I never went to pool. Requested cleaning person to come every other day for my 5 day stay. After numerous calls to front desk, they came on the 4th day. Front desk stated that we were ignoring them on day 3 when in actuality we weren't even onsite.
