"Needs a reboot"

Not enough seating for breakfast. Exercise room is very small. Elevators smelled like pot. Ice machine didn't work. Location is good with many restaurants around. $6 for a load of laundry is absurd.

"Bed bugs"

AVOID! Did an overnight stay with friends in the 2-bed suite. We all came home with bed bugs (confirmed by dog inspection). It’s shabby. We had to turn off the A/C at night to stop a loud, continuous high-pitched noise - when we mentioned it to the staff, they didn’t seem to care. And, not only did the deadbolt not work, we could only open the door from the inside by putting our full body weight on the handle. Pull-out couch is really uncomfortable. Breakfast was nice, though.

"Great area"

I'm here in Va as a traveler in the nursing field and Fabris, the night hospitality representative gave very good service. The short pump area is also is very nice. I'm heading home for my off days, but I will be returning to stay again. Thanks again for everything.

"Highly recommend"

Couldn’t recommend more. The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillows were soft and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. They have remodeled many areas so much is brand new and clean. Very close to corporate offices as well.

"Great people perfect price"

I liked everything & everyone. Cheryl the front desk woman was amazing from the time I walked through the door til the time I left. Mathew was amazing along with Carl (that's not his name, the lightskin extremely friendly guy that worked front desk at night then again the next morning). Staff addressed me by name as if we were family. I truly felt privileged. I felt like a STAR. I'm definitely staying at this facility each & everything i come back to the 804 area. Oh, let me not forget about Seme (spelled wrong) the breakfast attendant that paid attention to detail and extremely friendly making everyone feel that they were at home with family. It was an incredible experience.

The water didn't stay hot as long as I like and the facility is a bit dated, BUT, the renovations are coming soon, so truly, I have no real complaint at all.

Ok. So this hotel is scheduled to be remodeled in late 2025, it’s ready for updates. However Matt at the front desk is an amazing person. Very accommodating, and helpful. Yes the hotel is antiquated, but Matt and the breakfast staff are 5 stars

"Great hotel"

Excellent hotel. Very clean. I met Carter at the front desk who made check-in a very nice experience after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel based on ease to find and people like Carter. I will definitely be staying here again. A+++++++
