"Great location and nice price."

This hotel is in a great area of Short Pump, right across the street from some eateries. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Our room had a full kitchen, stocked with utensils, plates and cleaning supplies. There was a large desk for working and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with hot food available. Everything was pristine. My only complaint was that the sofa bed was damaged and unusable.

We didnt know they dont sevice the room if only staying 2 days. Fireplace didnt work. Extremely cold water.no.hot water. However they did ask us to. Change rooms around 730pm the 2nd day. We declined due to the day we had that day. The breakfast was good and free parking. Would i stay again? No.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to shopping area. Check- in was quick. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the staff was very welcoming.

"Hot water was scarce."

Nice comfortable rooms breakfast was very good, usual set piece for this type of accommodation, however different items were available each day. Only criticism was that there was hardly any hot water, both from the kitchenette sink and the bathroom sink. Luckily after having to run the shower for a good 5mins we eventually got some hot water. Property was quite a distance from city centre, but this wasn’t a problem.
