Room,bath and bed were clean. Also was given clean towels when asked.

Matthew was especially friendly, but everyone I dealt with was very accommodating. The breakfasts were great, rooms are spacious.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and feature two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The breakfast is excellent. This is our fourth stay here, and we’ll continue to choose this hotel for its convenience and great amenities, including the gym, outdoor pool, and basketball court

Over a course of a week, not once did housekeeping come by. Also, there were 100s of ants in the room. The hotel came by 1 time to spray, but it dis not work. I actually had to go out and buy my own spray to treat it properly. The other hotel guests were loud and disruptive. Ended up leaving a day earlier than planned because it was so miserable. Never will stay here again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Matthew and Cheryl were great. Seme helped us in the morning. The room was comfortable. I liked the living room sofa as it gave good back support. The layout was nice and I was glad to have a door between living room and bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The location worked out well for us. We would stay here again.

The bedroom TV was not working and the bedroom drape was torn. The small table in the living room for eating was a little wobbly. This property is going to update the rooms. Matthew and Cheryl offered to move us to another roo.room., but we declined. Since they couldn't get the TV to work, they gave us extra Bonvoy points.

This hotel had the best staff of any hotel I've ever stayed. They were personable & friendly while still being professional. I think their manager Matthew Wiler set the example for his staff. He was outgoing and friendly, always greeting us with a smile & handshake, quick to take care of whatever was needed. He was as much a concierge as a manager, suggesting places to dine or shop if we were going to use their pool side grill. He was a delight to see every day we were there.

This property is older and our first room had many items broken or not working. Next room was better but still older. Remember a wall mount for charger and wifi did not work on my ipad but did on phones.

The staff!may god continue to bless them all.

A bit of an odd smell in 1st floor rooms. Seemed strong when we entered, but got used to it.
