Excellent services

I was lead to believe that the room was air conditioned. When I asked the front counter staff about the A/C system they assured me it wss working. It was obvious it had not been working for some time as a small window was left open. The hotel staff attempted to fix the problem and failed. We were told no other room was available and when we asked about a simple fan, we were told 1 hour later that none were available. We wete treated like idiots and it was very humiliating. We will never stay at this location ever again, or recommend it to others.

A good hotel for a family. Price is reasonable and kid enjoyed the pool there.

The attached restaurant was great - awesome food and service. Pool and slide were also clean and enjoyable. Although an older hotel, the room was updated, clean, quiet and great mattress and pillows. Would not hesitate to stay again. Close to tourist sites and amenities.

Waterslides are good. Pool area closes at 10pm. Has hot tub.

My kids loved the pool especially the slide. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go there next time.

Room wasn't available when I arrived. Staff were nice about it, but it was almost 5PM before I got in. Room was large, dated, comfortable. Bed was ok, not great. Onsite Liquor Store was handy. Pool and water slide were very fun. Hot tub was more murky than I'd have preferred.

The pool was out of commission, otherwise very clean and comfortable.
