Mountain Retreat Hotel

The toilets in the rooms are suitable for children and small adults. For tall people they are a nuisance and could be hazardous for people with mobility issues

Hotel is affordable and is close to everything. It has the amenities for an overnight stay. Courteous staff as well

Lock was broken than they made us shift to the another room there was no water no iron.I didn’t like the service and hotel

It was not worth considering how much they charge

Very unclean hotel. I booked 3 rooms for a work crew because it was relatively cheap, but I won't stay at this hotel again. After checking in, I went to my room to find it in total disarray. It was not made up or cleaned from the previous guest. Beds unmade, wet towels everywhere, etc. I got a new room, of course on a different floor from my workmates but whatever. I get my luggage in the room and go to take a nice shower (we had already worked all day in the bush). Halfway thru my shower I notice a wet, dirty undershirt hanging in the shower. DISGUSTING!!! Yuck!! Afterward, I went down to my coworkers room. He was annoyed, since he had found tons of garbage stashed under one of the beds. To top it all off, his AC unit was broken, and he couldn't cool down all night! The general area around the hotel is filthy with garbage everywhere in the parking lot. Avoid staying here, its obviously understaffed and filthy.

Good location close to town and coffee shops. Pool and hot tub were nice after spending the day hiking 🙂

Old, dirty, and location in middle of nowhere, industrial area

Convenient for hiking. Restful at night. The breakfast in the restaurant was great too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building and facilities itself were a bit old and not in the best condition (eg toilet doesn't flush well, poor sound proofing) but it was still accepting.
