The housekeepers were asking us what time we will leave. Checkout is 11 a.m. So we said we will leave at 11 a.m. Then the front desk knocked on our door at 10:57 a.m. asking if what time we will leave. We left at 11:02 a.m. Upon opening the door the housekeepers are waiting by the door. What a way of telling your guest your time is up you need to leave right away

The bed was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was great. However the rugs seem dirty, only one front desk computer was working and we ended up with a cart with a broken wheel. I liked the coffee brand used in the room and the hotel location was perfect for what we needed. The place just needs some TLC.
