Cape Cod Irish Village

Stayed here for Hyannis Marathon. Hotel is a bit dated and could use some deep cleaning and some fixing up, convenient to stay at start line, price seemed reasonable for the event. Not sure if I would return during their peak months but it was an easy check in process.

Booked the Irish Village for my mom's 90th birthday celebration. We had family coming from near and far, all staying over. Everything was FANTASTIC! Cailin, the function coordinator was great to work with. She was very communicative, helped with suggestions, and made everything easy. Tommy, the owner, was also so accommodating and truly wanted to make the event a memorable experience for us. The night could not have gone any better, the room was beautifully set up, the food was fantastic, and the wait staff were very attentive. The hotel itself was also great. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and plenty of space to relax. We ate at the restaurant in the morning before heading home and everyone really enjoyed their meal. I highly recommend a stay or an event at the Irish Village. You will not be disappointed!

Staff were very polite and helpful and very kid and family friendly.

The restaurant service was almost nonexistent. The food at dinner was good but breakfast was terrible. The coffee was barely drinkable. Not enough outlets in the rooms.

Cailin and her team did an amazing job with our winter wedding. Her attention to detail was amazing and she didn't forget one thing. She understood my vision as a bride and helped me make it come to life. The food and staff were top notch. My guests could not stop talking about how good the short ribs were! My wedding was perfect due to Cailin and her entire staff. Being in the hospitality business myself, I had huge expectations and Cailin and her team delivered. The guestrooms were perfect and exactly what we wanted. Being our 2nd marriage, our vision was to have both our wedding ceremony, reception and overnight accommodations all in one location. This along with gathering in the Pub on the Friday night before was just perfect! I was able to book a large suite that connected to a room with a King Bed and also connected to a second room with two queen beds. This was perfect for the wedding party to get ready in and to have a "home base" for the entire weekend for family and friends. All the servers, bartenders and front desk employees were super hospitable and made us feel so special all weekend. Shout out to Annie! From the first time we met her over the summer, she made us feel so welcome! I can't say enough great things about Cailin! She is amazing and a huge asset to the Irish Village. Thank you everyone for a weekend I will cherish forever!

We just checked out after a wonderful the night stay. We were there for a package deal that included meals and entertainment for New Years Eve. It was a phenomenal deal but even at full price it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were ALL amazing (except maybe the crazy one that might or might not have had a little too much fun on New Years Eve 🤣). The owner even took time out of his busy night to engage in a lively conversation with us when we inquired about some of the historical decor and he was involved and helpful to his staff and other guests. He’s a class act. Anni was the best waitress with a quick smile and boundless energy. Christina was equally super working behind the bar and did a great job keeping all of her customers served and interacting with each other. The entertainment, the Diddly Idols, were also a class act. I can’t say enough good about the whole experience. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

One of the worst beds I have ever slept on, the fitted sheet would not stay on, and the comforter/bed cover was very scratchy. Would not stay here again

The hotel is nice enough. The rooms aren’t fancy but they are clean and they are in the process of updating many of them. The hotel staff were amazing. We felt very comfortable here. The conference center worked very well for our needs. The fitness center was nice. The salon looked very nice. The restaurant was good. The bar was nice. If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then you will be disappointed. But if you’re looking for a clean hotel with excellent staff and convenient. It’s good. They really work hard keeping the place up inside and out. Our suite was on the golf course side and had a balcony and was quiet. Nothing fancy here, but we’d come back.
