"Ideally located by the train station. Very welcoming staff."

Ideal location right by the train station but also near by to the centre. Very welcoming staff on reception and the bar area. Lots of outdoor space.

Bath needed to be cleaned hairs in the bath but not used by us. Substantial Cobwebs on the windows.

"Lovely Chester stay"

Big room, big TV, lovely building.

Bed was too soft for me - just personal preference, but the pillow was too hard

"Race Weekend"

The location was excellent! We ate in the evening and had breakfast which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were great and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Our room was a little tired - there was an inch gap at the bottom of our room door, the wallpaper was lifing off the wall, the chrome handle in the bath was rusting and there were marks on the curtains.
