Complete mess from inside and out. This hotel is in need of an extreme renovation. The rooms were surprisingly clean but it literally feels like the building is straight out of the 80’s and could implode at any moment. You have been warned.

The service was terrible and the rooms were terrible. There was no hot water for longer then 24 hrs and the room didn’t even have A.C I had to buy a fan from Walmart ‼️‼️

Room was dirty and gross covered in bugs.

The proprty had panhandling happening out from. Loud rap music blasting from tge parking lot. The hotel is in disrepair and was dirty. I didnt feel safe enough to even ho up to the girl at the counter. I would like a refund because this hotel was terrible.

My room was dirty, the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and I had to clean ice out the fridge so the door can close and they give me a sledgehammer to beat on the ice like I worked there

The staff was very nice. That's the good. The 1st room they gave me room 409, was 81 degrees when I walked in. The air did not work. They moved me to another room. There were no ice machines on the floor. I had to go all the way to the front desk to get ice. They put another customer in room 409. He had to change rooms too. The pool was under construction. My room faced a side street. Cars were rev in engines and screeching tires. Saturday morning the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. The amount I paid per night was too high for what I got.

Horrible 94 degrees out room 78 degrees set AC to 65 and 12 hrs later room still 76
