Worst experience in Vegas ever.extremely rude waitress's and bartenders ever, had to wait over two hours on several occasions to get a drink, got tired of waiting and went to the bar and paid $42.00 dollars for two drinks on three separate occasions that should’ve been delivered free by waitresses while the room was great we had to wait over two hours to get the safe fixed.

Most people I meet are the same here . They made it easier for me to return . I really appreciate the spa team & my cleaning person for my room . I really enjoy the spa services too , so thank you Miss Jenny , Duck , the girls at the spa front desk , the guys that keep the spa clean & Nop , my favorite massage therapist , they are great with all services ! I went on a solo trip to Vegas for 3 days and stayed at Mandalay Bay. I had such a great time. The room was huge, giant bathtub, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good food, and a nice smell when I walked into the building. I will definitely be coming back.

Absurd policies on not being able to use the mini-fridge to keep my sandwich cold ($50 fee if you do), and snacks that'll trap you for hundreds of dollars if you bump them out of position! Want to get them removed so accidents don't get ya'? .... That'll cost you another $50 to have those traps removed. Wife has Alzheimer's. Told her not to touch the food, but she forgets and wants to just pick them up and read what's on the labels. Had to call front desk. Too stressful! The room in general was good, but the bathroom bi-doors still had a gap when closed ... so not private! This food and fridge made the entire experience awful and will never stay there again.

Fun, spacious, great food. Went alone. Hit several handpays the first night, not so much on the second night. I've been to Mandalay several times and this time had the best waitress service while playing slots. Ate at Steip Steak, which was delicious and the courses came out promptly. Will return.

Freezing cold or scalding hot water; no in between. Hair left behind in the bath tub from the previous tenants. No mini fridge, so if you have insulin, other refrigerated medications or breastmilk, you will need to provide your own mini-fridge; otherwise, you have to pay a $65 fee to use the mini fridge in the room. The pricing on the mini fridge do not match the prices listed online when you scan the QR code. The items on the countertop are also motion-sensored and you will be charged if you touch them. Micro-transaction nightmare. The hotel star ranking system is not the same in Vegas as it is with the rest of the world. Our stay resembled more of a 3-star hotel at best. I would consider it 2-star compared to some of the places 3-star places I have stayed in Europe. The rooms didn't smell like stale cigarettes, and our sheets were clean. This seems to be an issue at some other Vegas resorts our colleagues stayed at.

I had to wait in line at the front desk downstairs to get any help because the phone in my room never worked. They were ok with their responses.

Very disappointed. First: please note, I know this is Vegas and things work different but here's what we experienced: The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, there was no soap in the bathroom. We got charged a $50/day resort fee that we were told covered the gym and internet; both of those are free in just about every other place I stay. The fees for services/amenities were, of course, high, but the fee for the use of the fridge or even 'lifting' any of the in-room snacks was not only outrageous but the communication of such seemed a bit hostile (e.g. 'don't you dare use the fridge! We'll know about it and nail you for it!!! The shelves are weighed!!!) Only one pool was open. The resort layout, even outside of the casino, is massive and poorly marked. I still gave it a 2 because the room was nice, the shower was good etc, but it screamed that they didn't want me there but for my wallet. Don't plan to drink on site unless $12 (plus expected tip) for standard beers is your thing.

Room was clean and relaxing. Bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows had too high of a loft. Spa was exceptional and the massage was the best I have ever had.

We splurged for the VIP service and were glad we did. Made the trip to and from the airport easy and less stressful than regular travel. The VIP lounge was nice for water and coffee-they even had oat milk. There were snacks but being a diabetic I couldn't partake. They looked good though! The king room was large and comfortable. Nice large tub and shower. One thing we noticed was the smell of flowers as you walk into the hotel. The elevators were quick. I use a medication that requires refrigeration and they brought a small refrigerator right up. My only issues are that we had to call a couple times to get our room cleaned after 4-5 pm. And, even the coffee is part of the "honor" bar which costs extra. If you move something on the counter or in the refrigerator you are charged for it. Otherwise, it was wonderful! I'd stay here again.
