The property was run down and the elevator didn't work!

I liked how close it was to our family event

The carpet was wet from maybe the A/C running nonstop , the shower head was old and outdated. The elevator was broke and had to walk and carry bags to the 3 rd floor s linen smelled of an odor and was not freshly clean

The room was clean & bathroom was clean & had a bathtub. The room had kitchen facilities with a large refrigerator.

Only coffee for breakfast & the elevator didn't work.

The property is in a nice setting and close to stores. The building is overall good.

It is starting to become run down. I think they should replace the rug in the hallways and the look would be improved. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t make it up to the 3rd floor where we were. It apparently worked well in the lobby.

I did not like that i had heavy luggage and the elevator was out of service and the only way up was the stairs. Carpets where all dirty and with stains and bad smell. Room service only from 7am to 3pm if you need towels or bed sheets they wont give you clean one's. No breakfast included 😢.

My 3 days of reservation was a complete waste. I had my son (5 years old) and my spouse travelling with me. I booked the hotel after checking on expedia website for late checkin. It clearly says checkin end time "Anytime" when i called the hotel around 7PM on my checkin date to inform about late checkin i was shocked to know that after 2AM my booking will be cancelled as "No Show" and the doors wont be open. Staff was very rude on the call.My flight to ORD was delay so i landed at 2:30AM. I had no other way. Expedia did not help me even after talking to them for almost an hour. I had to search for a day which was available far away. No refund was provided as well. Wrost experience - Never rely on expedia details and will never book mainstay anymore.

Staff were efficient with check-in and check-out!
