The Golden Sands

Great as usual. Food was good especially breakfast. New 12 and 10 bus and helpful . Staff put themselves out to help, especially when I was unwell (hypo in the middle of the night)

If you want great customer service with an excellent sea view this is the place to go . The team go out of their way to make you feel at home.

We've been going to the Golden Sands since 2008. We come back almost every other year (COVID) meant a cancelled trip in 2020. Our children have grown up playing on the beach and it remains a family favourite, the beach is amazing, safe and clean with excellent choice of restaurants along it. The Hotel couldn't have friendlier more welcoming staff and it although it does miss aircon being an older property it remains an amazing stay.

We returned to Jersey after 40 years and were so impressed with The Golden Sands Hotel. We didn't realize the changes that had happened over those years and how much the hotel had changed. The restaurant with sea views was modernised last year so we were glad to see that. The quality of the hotel, room and staff was so good. We had requested a sea-view room on the 4th floor which was magnificent with amazing views. The quality of the towels, cleaning and food in the restaurant was very high. The hotel is situated on the wonderful St Brelades beach and also on a good bus service which we used. Just perfect.

A lovely hotel, with spotless rooms in a beautiful bay. The staff are all so friendly and really look after you. We look forward to returning next year

The hotel was nearly perfect. Brilliant staff, very clean rooms and hotel. Lovely restaurant with great food. Would have preferred walk-in shower but shower over bath was fine, fabulous bath towels. Gorgeous views. Very comfortable bed. Only thing missing was a fridge in the room. No ac but fan was provided and we left the balcony door open for the fresh sea breeze.

Just returned from Golden Sands, our third year in a row. A lovely family-friendly hotel with stunning views of the bay; it is worth splashing out on a sea view balcony room. The food in La Brise is delicious, the service is good and the staff, without exception are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location on the beach front is perfect for children. Hopefully going again next year.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location, good food, helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was on the beach, room view was the sea,facilities were great within room and accommodated our request for walk in shower. The restaurant staff were beyond excellent, not met any restaurant staff even in luxurious hotels this good. Food was delicious and well presented, restaurant really listened and actively sought out information for potential allergens and communicated them. View from room onto bench and tacos selected and accommodated for food allergy.

Excellent attention to detail. Location on the beach was fantastic, staff friendly and knowledgeable of the area, bus service a few steps away from hotel. Overall great little hotel
