Everything about the place and it’s surroundings is just wonderful.

Very friendly reception. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals / toast / marmalade / jam etc. Although no cold meats / cheese selection. But the usual bacon / sausage / scrambled or fried eggs/ mushroom / tomato & beans Staff very attentive without being overbearing.

All staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant was fantastic - great selection and excellent standard. The room we stayed in was a little dated however comfortable, warm and clean. Will definitely return - a lovely hotel

Lovely hotel in spacious grounds. Only criticism was no lift & being on 1st floor with small children was awkward with pushchair. Also, booked a cot for room which wasn’t there so had to ask for one.

Nice food, nice surroundings, nice facilities, nice trip to the office in the morning..... nice!

Grabbed a couple of nights away in between Christmas and New Year. The hotel is in a lovely quiet setting in Rossett about 7 miles from Chester. Service, food and the room were all very good. Enjoyed it!
