Wrexham Llyndir Hall Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Lovely staff!! Good value for money! Food was fab, would stay again.

The staff here are very warm and welcoming and seem to take their job and customer satisfaction seriously. We had breakfast here and the choice and quality was very good. It is a beautiful hotel in a lovely, peaceful area. The room was quite disappointing. It wasn’t completely clean on arrival and the beds weren’t particularly comfy. It had all the expected amenities and a good tv which came in handy to keep the kids quiet whilst getting ready. Overall I was pleased with our stay and would come again but the rooms need to be kept tidy and the beds could do with an upgrade.

Could be better signposted from access roads. Good grounds for dogs.

Lack of hot water, again on another visit and no system in place to rectify. Reception staff very helpful. Management need to be more proactive. I've stayed here several times and encountered same issue eavh time. It ruins the whole stay. I dont want discounts just a basic service. Plus side, helpful staff, very goid with pets

Overall the service was good although there were a couple of exceptional staff who made the service feel genuine. Hotel showing signs wear and tear and could do with an overhaul. The gym needs a thorough clean as the smell of stale sweat was not conducive to exercising. Water pressure very poor so unable to use shower in the room I stayed.

Lovely surrounds, clean and well presented. Includes squirrels. Good on site catering

Room was beyond our expectations, all staff very friendly and couldn’t do more to help! Restaurant was very good value for money and the food was gorgeous! Will deffinately be back

Some of the decor a bit tatty and headboards on all the beds would be nice. Friendly staff though and beautiful setting
