Comfort Inn & Suites Ruston-East

The bed was hard and the ac didn’t work good but other than that, it was a good stay.

I really did not enjoy the comfort of the room. The TV did not work, microwave was broken, and dead and live roaches in the room. Also, the phone was out.

I was checked into 2 dirty rooms. The trash wasn't pulled, the shower wasn't cleaned at all. The bathroom had dirty towels on thw floor. The 3rd room didn't have enough beds.

Nothing against the hotel about our accommodations. However, Expedia did not give us the room that I paid for. I had my receipt for a room with two queen beds, but we were given a room with one bed. This did not make our stay pleasant. There were NO other rooms available.

This was a great place to stop and stay for the night during my road trip. I felt safe, and it was clean. Amenities around the area such as food and gas stations. I order Uber Eats and was super quick.

I’m not one to complain but, I feel I need to say this. Part of the mechanism in the tub lying in the bottom off the tub. The collar for the shower head was folded double and not covering the hole in the wall. There was caulk splattered in several spots in the bathroom floor. I large crack and separation in the corner of the water closet wall. Needless to say I didn’t shower during my stay. When I went downstairs to eat breakfast it wasn’t ready at its specified time. Upon checkout at 6:35 it still wasn’t ready. I asked the desk clerk about it and he didn’t realize it wasn’t ready. The light in the area weren’t even on. My self and two other guest left before eating.

Rented 6 rooms for my team that had a competition in Ruston. 6 out of 6 had no hot water (we were on 3 separate floors) and 1 room had no heat (it was in the 20s outside). When we called the front desk we were told that there was nothing they could do about it.
