Safe property

This was a great stay for a weekend getaway from home. No complaints other than the elevator for the building sounded and felt like it was going to break while riding. There were also some small stains on the pillowcases and sheets, but nothing too bad. Overall great service and stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel had signs of wear & tear, but it was clean in the lobby, dining area, as well as our room.

There were stains on the linens. Hair in the bathroom also what appeared to be a dead bug in the bathroom, no toilet paper holder it just was put on the back of the toilet. We will never stay there again. The elevator doors were not properly working either.

I liked the staff the rooms and the location

After a long road trip one does not expect to come in to find not only a dirty bathroom, but both beds had dirty linen covered in make up and hairs. The show head leaked and continually sprayed out the side dye to being incorrectly secured. The AC did not work even on fan mode . Third floor smoke detector needed batteries as it kept beeping in hallway. No elevator permit listed and after riding it I understand why. Thankful it was just a few hours pit spot, however absolutely not worth the money.

Isolated issues with plumbing maintenence

THere was mold in our bathroom. Rm 225. We had to change rooms due to the door would not open or shut unless you heave ho with your shoulder. Looking for the hotel clerk..one must find the kitchen staff who would go and find the clerk. Ice machine on 2nd floor not working. No ice machine on third floor. 1st floor - if you hit the machine just right it might work. No ice in the kitchen. Quote "it is not our job to supply ice to the hotel." Refusal to credit my 50.00 at the time of checking out. Why did we stay...we couldn't get our money back from Expedia. The mold is a real concern. We didn't bathe in the bathroom. It looks like black mole. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. It was reasonable rate and for the most part our room was clean. Terrible.
