"Generally good."

Well placed to get to the city. Restrictions on bar and restaurant due to covid which spoils the stay and makes making the most of the bar problematic. They dont do double beds, 2 singles pushed together with single duvets which for us isnt what we like at all. Parking is not free and is expensive at 20 euro a night. If you can park out on the streets nearby, the area seemed secure and safe. Other than that nice clean and quiet hotel which is hard to criticise just let down for us with relatively simple things. The staff were very helpful and even printed out our covid paperwork etc for. Masks and proof of double vaccination or negative test is a must on arrival and around the city even to access some shops etc.

We had to call twice to request and iron, and it still didn't come in time to use it before our meeting. Had to go with a wrinkled shirt. And not an eco-friendly thing in sight. They did have a shampoo dispenser in the shower, but also had little individual products - what a waste of plastic packaging. And everything else was disposable and single use. Not recommended from that point of view.

Let my mobile phone in my room,tracked it after check out,3 hours later it left the hotel!!,they had tried to find it but apparently couldn’t Breakfast cold

The only problem we had was there wasn't much parking. And we had to park in a nearby garage and pay 20€

Great stay at Mercure Belfortsfrasse. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, nice breakfast and above all, great location near Eberplatz. I would recommend this for my next stay.

"Excellent"

We only stayed one night but the staff was very nice. We called for extra towels for our room and they we at our room with fresh towels within a couple of minutes. No long wait like most hotels.
