The reception team were just amazing! Sahar made our check in smooth and with smile. She gave us best directions of the city so it made our journey even smoother. Hotel is in a great location if you want to be close to the city centre and local the attractions. Rooms were spacious and well cleaned. Great value for money

La habitación (doble) era chica y tenías los muebles enormes, era imposible desplazarse por adentro de la habitación sin chocarse con algo, eso que yo estaba solo. Para dos personas imposible. El ascensor es muy chico y lento para semejante hotel y todos terminaban por las escaleras porque a veces la espera era de 10 minutos.

Sahar was absolutely brilliant! She recommended some fantastic places and was incredibly kind throughout. A huge thank you to her for making Edinburgh feel so warm, welcoming, and memorable. Her friendly help truly made the experience special.

It is a great hotel. Staff is very welcoming. It is situated 1 block away from The royal mile, close to the church and stores, restaurants and convenience stores. Great location. The hotel lobby is big and cozy , the halls are big , the elevator works and the rooms are big and confy. The room View was good too. It was our first time in Edinburgh and my husband and I had a great time.

Arrived at 11:30 no check in until 2:45,executive lounge not open until noon,food offerings and alcohol only offered 5-7 pm,lounge in basement of the hotel.Rooms very spartan,few amenities,only positive is great location for hotel next to Royal Mile.Executive room and lounge is a poor value!

Perfect location in the old town. The size of the room is bigger than most of rooms in Europe, UK. Clean room and professional staff.

The distance from hotel to train station is very near but we didn’t know how to reach hotel with our luggage as we should climb up the stairs for 200 steps

Wir kamen einen Tag zu spät und mussten natürlich die No-Show-Rate bezahlen. Dann gab es aber am zweiten Tag das schlechteste Zimmer mit Gerüst vor dem Fenster.
