The room we have allocated is really spacious and nice and clean. Sahar at the reception was especially very helpful and made sure that we have a smooth check in and made out honeymoon stay very special. 🙂

Building was mostly surrounded by scaffolding and there were several issues with water supply, water pressure (showers), and excessive construction noise throughout one of the nights (they rebated the cost for that room). Staff were good, location is great, breakfast as good, but the overall experience was not at all up to standards for Hilton.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. We booked a double king room and it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is amazing, right off the Royal Mile and a short walk across North Bridge to shopping and dining. Two things to note: 1) parking is inconvenient. The car park is a good distance away and although they offer a discount, it’s pricey. 2) we found the breakfast overpriced and disappointing. We only ate there once and then found off site options that were much cheaper. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Location. Our receptionist at front desk who checked us in was very pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of ideas and directions for places to visit. Due to travelling overseas we arrived very early. She helped us to store our luggage and then even phoned us two hours later to let us know they had a room ready for us way before our actual check in time.

Cost. The price had more than doubled from what booking.com had stated it would be from when we reserved it. We stayed two nights. Our room was not replenished with more tea, sugar, etc. Dirty cups were left and no clean provided for us. Long wait due to only one elevator working.

The location is excellent and central to the town even with the scaffolding outside.

My family and I just stayed at this hotel after a long overseas flight and lost luggage. Winnie was very helpful during check in, the parking garage that is not located on the property and stored our remaining bags while our rooms were being cleaned. She also texted me as soon as our rooms were ready. Anya was also very helpful the next morning and helped us with late check out while we waited for our luggage to be delivered. These 2 staff members were supportive of our family. We will definitely stay here again.
