Perfect for family or work

Just one reception no eye contact like she's looking down the whole time you talking to you had to leave early for a family emergency and ask what I get half of my money back check that Saturday maybe 5:00 this will check out all Sunday and we're told I could not get my money back where my room was that light bulbs were out of a dog in the hall

We had a really good stay for the most part. Problems we did have were addressed by the most respectful staff. Beds were super comfy! Could use an updating. Love the movie in the lobby every night. Close to basically everything.

I traveled with ny husband and 2 daughters to tour Williamsburg. The hotel was convenient for our needs. The girls loved the indoor pool. The only thing we didn't like was the door to the terrace was locked so we couldn't go out the sliding door. I dont know if it was because of being on the bottom floor. There were 2 wrought iron chairs and a table out there. My husband and I would have liked to have gone out there. Other then that it was a nice stay!

The breakfast was great and the area was very clean

The rooms were a little dated and the sliding door was screwed shut so you couldn’t use the balcony

No complaints

The furniture in my room was in need or replacement. Also the vents for the air-conditioning were broken. Hallway carpet needs to be replaced as well. I still had a nice visit. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

Excellent service! And the breakfast was a plus. Excellent accommodation

Lobby was beautiful. Hotel very clean and the employees were all very pleasant
