Loved the Olympic dining room just awesome. Staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Location /comfortable bed / downstairs decorated to a good standard / great staff/ good parking/ stunning dining area good corridors

Room so dated& tired/ bathroom poor standard,shower/ taps/sink plugs/and mould everywhere i feel that it is not fit for purpose but,could be brought up to standard with a couple of days work

Das Zimmer war okay. Das Bad war in die Jahre gekommen. Es war insgesamt sauber. Die Lage direkt am Castle. Für uns von Vorteil. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Speisesaal war wirklich schön

The location of the property was great as it was close to everything we needed .

We found the stairs a bit challenging especially with carrying our luggage up .The quilt on the bed didn't fir the cover and i had a double thickness to contend with ,nothing was made easy within the room from making a coffee to my my wife being able to put her make-up on ,yes there were arm chairs but no chair to sit at a table and mirror .

Its location was excellent. A truly beautiful hotel with history. The staff were excellent very courteous and ready and willing to help. We both said it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Location is great, the staff are lovely. Good breakfast and the restaurant has a great story to tell

The bathrooms - while respecting the age of the property, across the two rooms we had the bathrooms were very tired and not very clean

The dining room was so impressive such a special feature.

The kitchen closed too early. Only managed a main course in the bar before the kitchen closed sign was put up.

Tired bedroom. Needs a revamp.

Breakfast was good. The room needed a good dust, but the location was excellent .

Found hair bobbles in wardrobe along with a lot of dust
