A comfortable hotel with agood food at reasonable prices.

Hot water wasn't hot enough for a shower at night and then again the same scenario in the morning. This was disappointing as the hotel itself was good

At first sight the reception area was welcoming and the hotel looked good but on closer look it was very tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The corridor to the room looked more like walking a cell block as the doors were all dark, scuffed wood set into bare brick. The room itself was functional with no frills whatsoever, although the kids did have an adjoining room to themselves with 2 sofa beds. The bed was firm and comfortable and was fine until 2am when a drunken idiot in the next door room came back from his night out, turned the TV on so it blared out and started talking loudly. The walls between rooms must be so thin as the conversations could be heard clearly, both at 2am and 8.30! The worst part of the stay was the attempt at a shower in the morning. The water was either a freezing cold or burning hot trickle - no consistent temperature or strong pressure for the whole time the water was running. I genuinely couldn't wait to leave!!!

Location convenient. Room tired and rather gruby. Stain marks in carpet. Lots of dust on surfaces especially on top of the clothes hanging area! Bathrooms basic and 70’s colour scheme.

The Family Room was advertised as having a double bed and two single beds but the 'single' beds were pull-out sofa beds that had seen better days and sagged in the middle; not at all comfortable for an adult needing a good night's sleep. The shower was also unusable as the hot water supply didn't work and a freezing cold shower on one of the coldest days of the year was not an option. The fundamentals of a hotel are a decent sleep and a decent shower in the morning. The Cedar Court failed on both counts :(

Clean and comfortable hotel

No hot shower took over and hour to find me another room, rooms are tired needs a refurb,I wouldn’t stay again or recommend the hotel to others

hotel was lovely rooms was big and spacious only down side was the sofa beds were a little uncomfy bit that to be expected on a sofa bed . cannot complain and the price was fantastic
