Came for a wedding and the hotel and parking facilities were really good. Beds are comfortable and the staff are always on hand to help - polite and friendly. Good breakfast.

Central location. Very helpful staff. Easy access from parking (multi storey over shopping centre) into hotel as direct entry from floor 2 of car park into hotel. Very good sized room with good mirrors including full length one. Powerful shower.

Don’t like a shower over a bath as find them difficult to get out of. Bath was tired looking. Parking was in multi storey over shopping centre. Would have much preferred secure hotel parking

Serwis na śniadaniu , niemożliwość wybrania stolika bo podobno zarezerwowane dla innych gości, niewystarczająca klimatyzacja w pokoju - w łazience 1 noc zepsuty grzejnik , non stop ogrzewanie ok40 stopni , a było na zewnątrz bardzo gorąco , podobno nie było możliwości zmiany pokoju , zreperowano dopiero na drugi dzień

Central location. Very clean. Excellent breakfast, but note that ‘breakfast included’ is not a full English- that’s extra.

No residents bar- couldn’t get a drink when we got back to the hotel at c22:45 after an event. Upgraded to ‘deluxe’ room, which was spacious, very high windowsills, and when the blinds were opened, windows were filthy and looked at a brick wall!
